SCHEDULE
Please plan to arrive by 8am to enjoy coffee and pastries with our generous conference sponsors.
The conference will start promptly at 8:45am.
Plan accordingly for the field sessions. These tours will take place rain or shine. Bring umbrellas and walking shoes.
CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference and awards luncheon will be held on Auburn University’s campus at the College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment building in Conference Hall 1101. There will be wayfinding signs located throughout the building to direct you to the conference hall.
College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment Building
The last field session of the conference will be held at the Donald E. Davis Arboretum. The arboretum is a 5-minute walk from the Forestry Building. The conference group will walk over together at 4:15pm.
PARKING
To park on campus, you must register with AU Parking Services. If you have not already received an email from parking@auburn.edu, please contact them: 334.844.4143.
Park on the 3rd level of the South Quad Parking Deck. Parking on the 1st and 2nd levels is reserved for AU staff.
AU Parking Services’ office is located on the 2nd level of the South Quad Parking Deck should you need assistance.

The prize drawing will be held at the end of the day at the last field session at Davis Arboretum. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
If you are staying in Auburn Friday night, join us for a drink at Walt’s On The Roof, around 6:30pm.
